摘  要:塑壳断路器是低压配电网中非常重要的保护电器,其可靠和灵敏动作对于低压供电系统的安全稳定运行至关重要。在分析低压塑壳断路器工作原理及动作过程的基础上,对其操作机构进行计算和建模,并用Pro/E三维软件进行过程仿真和优化设计,既能保证断路器灵敏可靠动作,又能减少产品体积和降低成本。Plastic shell circuit breaker is a very important protective device in low voltage distribution network. Its reliable and sensitive action is essential for the safe and stable operation of low voltage power supply system. Based on the analysis of the working principle and operation process of low voltage plastic shell circuit breaker, the operation mechanism is calculated and modeled, and the process simulation and optimization design are carried out by Pro/E three-dimensional software, which can not only ensure the sensitive and reliable operation of the circuit breaker, but also reduce the volume and cost of the product.
