摘 要:我国水稻的产量早已实现了自给自足,而稻米的品质性状越来越受重视。应市场需求水稻的品种品质不断改善,对稻米品质的研究逐渐增多,内容逐渐深入。稻米品质性状和株型性状共存于相同的水稻生长发育环境系统中,并由水稻基因表达和控制,因而这两个系统之间不可避免地存在联系。综述了稻米品质性状的研究现状,进一步探讨了水稻茎部、叶部和穗部性状与品质性状间的关系,以期为优质水稻育种提供理论支持。The yield of rice in China has already achieved self-sufficiency, and the quality of rice has received more and more attention. With the continuous improvement of rice variety quality in response to the market demand, the research on rice quality is increasing and the content is deepening gradually. Rice quality traits and plant type traits coexist in the same rice growth and development environment system and are controlled by rice gene expression, so there is an inevitable relationship between the two systems. The research status of rice quality traits was reviewed, and the relationship between rice stem, leaf and ear traits and rice quality traits was further discussed, in order to provide theoretical support for high quality rice breeding.
