摘　　要：传统肠镜实训存在难度大、成本高等问题,因此急需肠镜检查与诊断综合模拟实训系统。本系统分别设有肠镜仿真检查操作训练装置与肠镜模拟诊断学习系统。受训者通过插入部的信息采集单元采集已加入典型病灶的模拟肠道内图像,并配以报警单元,用以训练受训者的操作能力。同时要求受训者模拟诊断相关肠道病症,提交诊断结果,并对比专家诊断报告,实现从肠镜仿真操作到病例模拟诊断的完整学习,培养受训者的肠镜检查操作与诊断能力。The traditional enteroscopy training has the problems of great difficulty and high cost,so the comprehensive simulation training system of enteroscopy examination and diagnosis is urgently needed.The system is equipped with enteroscopy simulation examination operation training device and enteroscopy simulation diagnosis learning system.The trainee collects the simulated intestinal images with typical lesions through the information acquisition unit of the insertion part,and is equipped with an alarm unit to train the trainee's operation ability.At the same time,trainees are required to simulate the diagnosis of relevant intestinal diseases,submit the diagnosis results,and compare the expert diagnosis report,which realizes the complete learning from colonoscopy simulation operation to case simulation diagnosis,and cultivate the trainees'colonoscopy operation and diagnosis ability.
