摘  要:唐山煤矿铁二采区覆岩离层注浆减沉效果显著,其注灰比为25.3%,减沉率达到51.5%,有效地控制了地表下沉。通过分析该采区T2192工作面1#钻孔的注浆压力曲线和注浆量曲线,发现采用全段高多离层、大流量高浓度、连续注浆技术进行覆岩离层注浆的过程中,离层内的承压浆液对控制地表沉陷有重要影响作用。研究了承压浆液在离层内的力学作用,认为承压浆液对下部岩层的起到压实作用,对上部岩层的起到支托作用。此外,承压浆液不仅增加了浆液注入量,而且还增加了产生的“压实湿灰体”的体积,极大提升了注浆减沉效果。The subsidence reduction effect of the overburden separation layer grouting in the second mining area of Tangshan Coal Mine is remarkable,with the cement injection ratio of 25.3%and the subsidence reduction rate of 51.5%,which effectively controls the surface subsidence.By analyzing the grouting pressure curve and grouting volume curve of 1#borehole in T2192 working face in this mining area,it is found that the pressure bearing grout in the separation layer has an important influence on the control of surface subsidence during the process of grouting in the overburden separation layer with high separation layer in the whole section,large flow and high concentration,and continuous grouting technology.The mechanical action of the pressure bearing grout in the separated layer is studied,and it is considered that the pressure bearing grout can compact the lower rock stratum and support the upper rock stratum.In addition,the pressure bearing grout not only increases the amount of grout injected,but also increases the volume of"compacted wet ash"generated,greatly improving the effect of grouting for subsidence reduction.
