摘　　要：全面缓解债务问题是当前中国经济发展需要解决的重要问题。现代金融理论的发展为金融服务实体经济提供理论指导,研究试图从现代金融理论出发,尤其是运用现代公司金融理论,结合中国的债务实际结构和中国改革开放以来化解金融风险的经验,对当前中国的债务问题进行分析,认为化解潜在的资产负债表衰退问题是目前金融为实体经济服务最迫切也是最主要的工作。Comprehensively alleviating the debt problem is an important problem to be solved in the current economic development of China.The development of modern finance theories provides theoretical guidance for finance serving entity economy.The study tries to analyze the current debt problem in China from the perspective of modern finance,especially using the modern corporate finance theory and combining the reality of China's debt structure and China's experience of defusing financial risks in reform and opening-up.It is believed that resolving the problem of potential balance-sheet recession is the most urgent and important work for finance to serve the real economy.
