摘　　要：猕猴属动物是重要的非人灵长类实验动物,由于其在解剖、生理、基因组水平非常接近人类,在相关研究领域具有不可替代性,主要用于人类及健康领域的科学研究。猕猴属动物的自然妊娠率低而科研需求量较大,导致目前实验用猴供应紧张。精子冷冻保存是人工授精技术的重要环节,也用于种质资源保存。目前人工授精技术在牛、羊和猪等家畜的研究较为深入,但在猕猴属动物上的研究较为有限。文章对猕猴属动物人工授精技术进行综述,重点包括精子的采集、精子冷冻保存液的成分、精子冷冻保存步骤及输精方法,并对后续研究方向提出了建议。The Macaques,with its exceptionality due to its closeness to humans anatomically,physically and at genomic level,have long been the nonhumane primate of choice on which to conduct research on humane and health-related topics.In recent years,there has been a shortage of macaques for biomedical research due to a combination of factors including low fertility in macaques and increasing demand for macaques.At present,the semen cryopreservation in bovine,sheep,pig and other domestic animals has been extensively studied,but much limited in the macaques.This paper reviewed the AI in the macaques from the perspectives of semen collection,the composition of semen extender,cryopreservation procedure and the method of insemination and put forward some suggestions for the future research.
