摘  要:以芳香植物神香草(Hyssopus officinalis)、柠檬香茅(Cymbopogon citratus)、蝶豆(Clitoria ternatea)为试验材料,采用盆栽控水试验研究3种芳香植物在自然干旱下的形态变化和生理生化响应,运用模糊隶属函数法综合评价其抗旱性。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,3种植物的叶片含水量均下降,MDA含量和细胞膜透性均升高;其SOD、POD、CAT活性变化复杂,相互协调;其可溶性糖均在轻度干旱胁迫时敏感性较低,重度干旱时显著增加;综合抗旱性排序为柠檬香茅>神香草>蝶豆。本试验可为3种植物的引种栽培与推广应用的水分管理提供理论参考依据。The morphological changes and physiological and biochemical responses of three aromatic plants,Hyssopus officinalis,Cymbopogon citratus,Clitoria ternatea under natural drought were studied by potted water control experiment,and their drought resistance was evaluated comprehensively by fuzzy membership function method.The results showed that under drought stress,leaf water content of the three plants decreased and MDA content and cell membrane permeability increased.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT of the three aromatic plants varied complex and coordinated with each other.The soluble sugars of the three plants were less sensitive to mild drought stress,and increased significantly under severe drought stress.The order of drought resistance of the three aromatic plants was C.citratus>H.officinalis>C.ternatea.This experiment can provide theoretical reference for the introduction and cultivation of the three plants and the application of water management.
