摘 要:随着旋挖钻进技术的改进,机械能力的提升,对硬岩切削技术的日益成熟,旋挖成孔灌注桩技术被广泛应用于基础工程、基坑支护工程中。结合工程实例对旋挖钻进、泥浆护壁技术在深基坑支护咬合桩中的应用进行探讨,重点介绍素混凝土桩、钢筋混凝土桩的旋挖成孔技术,旋挖成桩过程的技术参数、关键工序的技术控制等。实践证明:通过调整钻进成孔技术、加强成桩关键工序技术控制,能解决基坑深处支护排桩之间的咬合搭接问题,可提高工作效率,降低施工成本,取得较好的经济效益,是一种更为简捷的咬合排桩施工方法,对同类工程有较大的参考意义。With the improvement of rotary drilling technology,the improvement of mechanical capacity and the growing maturity of hard rock cutting technology,rotary bored cast-in-place pile technology is widely used in foundation engineering and foundation pit support engineering.Combined with engineering examples,discusses the application of rotary drilling and slurry wall protection technology in the deep foundation pit support bite pile,and focuses on the rotary drilling technology of plain concrete pile and reinforced concrete pile,the technical parameters of rotary drilling process and the technical control of key processes.The practice has proved that by adjusting the drilling and hole forming technology and strengthening the technical control of the key process of pile forming,the problem of bite and lap between the supporting row piles in the deep foundation pit can be solved,the work efficiency can be improved,the construction cost can be reduced,and better economic benefits can be obtained.It is a more simple and straightforward bite and row pile construction method,which has great reference significance for similar projects.
