摘 要:在工程实际中设计了一种整体式组合木模板进行剪力墙施工,具有易于取材、整体性更好、刚度更大、有效提高劳动效率和经济效益等优点。说明了其关键施工技术要点,通过现场施工质量分析,得出“垂直、平整度过大”、“混凝土麻面”是影响整体式组合木模板施工质量合格率的主要症结,主要原因是拆模时间过早、模板底部封闭处理不到位。通过采取调整混凝土浇筑顺序、形成每日记录与提醒、增加模板底部封堵措施,上述症结得到有效解决。In engineering practice,an integral combined wood formwork is designed for shear wall construction,which has the advantages of easy access to materials,better integrity,greater stiffness,effectively improving labor efficiency and economic benefits.Through the analysis of on-site construction quality,it is concluded that“excessive verticality and flatness”and“concrete pockmarked surface”are the main sticking points that affect the construction quality qualification rate of the integral combined wood formwork.The main reasons are that the formwork removal time is too early and the sealing treatment of the formwork bottom is not in place.The above problems were effectively solved by adjusting the concrete pouring sequence,forming daily records and reminders,and adding blocking measures at the bottom of the formwork.
