摘　　要：伟大历史主动精神是中国共产党的先进性特质,也是党团结带领人民创造辉煌成就的“精神密码”。伟大历史主动精神的生成不仅是对唯物史观的自觉遵循和创新发展,同时也是中国共产党百年革命、建设、改革和发展经验的深刻总结,具有历史必然性。将伟大历史主动精神转化为行动自觉,必须从实际出发继续回答好“拿什么掌握历史主动”“为什么要掌握历史主动”和“如何掌握历史主动”三个基本问题,要从坚持抓好党的创新理论武装、坚持人民至上价值取向、坚持投身伟大实践三方面协同发力,不断筑牢弘扬历史主动精神的思想根基、激发弘扬历史主动精神的内生动力和提高弘扬历史主动精神的能力水平。The spirit of great historical initiative is the advanced characteristic of the CPC and the“spiritual code”for the Party to unite and lead the people to create brilliant achievements.The emergence of the great historic initiative is a conscious adherence to historical materialism and innovative development and a real necessity.It is also a profound summary of the Communist Party of China’s experience in revolution,construction,reform,and development over the past century and a historical necessity.To transform the spirit of great historical initiative into conscious action in the new era,we must continue to answer the three basic questions of“what to master historic initiative,”“why to master historic initiative,”and“how to master historical initiative”from a practical point of view.We should make concerted efforts in three aspects:insisting on the Party’s innovative theoretical armament,insisting on the value of people first,and insisting on devoting ourselves to great practices,to constantly consolidate the ideological foundation for carrying forward the spirit of historical initiative,stimulate the internal driving force for bringing forward the spirit of historic initiative,and improve our ability to carry forward the spirit of historic initiative.
