公共事业管理专业虚拟仿真创新实训平台建设的思考

摘　　要：公共事业管理是一门实践性、应用性很强的专业。在人才培养上,公共管理有着较高的动手操作能力要求,强调学生的实践能力和实务技巧,实践教学是公共事业管理专业教育的核心内容。因此,公共管理虚拟仿真创新实训平台建设,对于公共事业管理专业的发展是不可或缺的必要条件之一,它也成为实践教学环节的一个基本保障。公共管理虚拟仿真创新实训平台建设,可以依托学校服务“三农”的学科特色,探索实践教学新模式,培养能够胜任政府机关、企事业单位及农村基层组织的公共管理类应用型专门人才,突显公共管理类专业的特色和亮点。Public affairs administration is a practical and highly applicable major.In terms of talent training,public administration has high requirements for operational ability,emphasizing students’practical ability and practical skills,and practical teaching is the core content of public affairs administration professional education.Therefore,the construction of a virtual simulation innovation training platform for public management is one of the indispensable necessary conditions for the development of the public affairs administration major,and has become a basic guarantee for practical teaching.In the construction of a virtual simulation innovation training platform for public management,we can rely on the disciplinary characteristics of the school to serve agriculture,the countryside and farmers,to explore new models of practical teaching,cultivate applied professionals in public administration who are competent for government agencies,enterprises and institutions,and rural grassroots organizations,and also cultivate the characteristics and highlights of public management majors.
