摘 要:“基因工程”是理论知识和实验技能并重的专业基础课程,而“基因工程实验”课程能够促使学生将基因工程理论知识点融会贯通、串点成线。因此,“基因工程实验”也是高等院校生物学专业非常关键的必修课程之一。以往开设的“基因工程实验”中重复性、验证性实验过多,学生做完即弃,其对问题进行深入分析探讨的能力无法得到培养。该研究试图通过引入负结果的探索性实验,提高学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,让学生能更好地掌握基因工程相关的理论知识和操作技能。结果表明,探索性实验的引入显著增强了“基因工程实验”的教学效果。同时,该研究对生物学专业其他实验课程的教学改革也具有较好的启发作用。Genetic Engineering is a professional basic course with equal emphasis on theoretical knowledge and experimental skills,and the Genetic Engineering Experiment course can promote students to integrate and connect the theoretical knowledge points of genetic engineering.Therefore,Genetic Engineering Experiment is one of the key compulsory courses for biology.In the previous Genetic Engineering Experiment course,there were too many repetitive and confirmatory experiments,which were abandoned by students immediately after completion,making it difficult to cultivate students’ability of in-depth analysis and discussion.This study attempts to improve students’ability to discover,analyze and solve problems by introducing exploratory experiments with negative results,so that students can better master the theoretical knowledge and operational skills related to genetic engineering.The results show that the introduction of exploratory experiments has significantly enhanced the teaching effect of Genetic Engineering Experiment.Meanwhile,this study also has a good enlightening effect on the teaching reform of other experimental courses for the biology specialty.
