摘  要:文章以山东省内9个典型水库(湖泊)为研究对象,利用三维荧光光谱法结合平行因子分析法(PARAFAC)分析水体内有色可溶解性有机物(CDOM)的荧光组分及其特征,并结合常规水质参数,综合探究水体CDOM的主要影响因素。结果显示,利用PARAFAC共解析出4种荧光组分,分别为类腐殖质C1、类色氨酸C2和C3以及类酪氨酸C4,各调查点水体以新生自生源CDOM为主,内源特征较为明显,各荧光组分之间存在一定的潜在同源性与转化特征。综合结果表明,单一水质参数评价易造成污染程度的高估,结合生物参数等进行评价更能体现流域系统的整体性及水体评价的生态综合性。This paper took nine typical reservoirs(lakes)in Shandong Province the research objects.The fluorescence components and characteristics of colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM)in water were analyzed by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy combined with PARAFAC.Associated withconventional water quality parameters,the main influencing factors of CDOM in water were comprehensively explored.The results showed that four fluorescent components were identified by PARAFAC,which were humic-like(C1),tryptophan-like(C2 and C3),and tyrosine-like(C4),respectively.The water body in each survey site was mainly composed of autochthonous CDOM,and the endogenous characteristics were obvious.There were certain potential homology and transformation characteristics among the fluorescent components.The comprehensive research results show that the fluctuation of the single water quality parameter is easy to cause the overestimation of pollution degree.The evaluation of biological parameters such as optical characteristics combined with conventional water quality parameters can better reflect the integrity of the watershed system and the ecological comprehensiveness of water evaluation.
