摘　　要：英国SMM7建筑工程标准计量规则是全球较为通用的计量规则,对于中资企业参与海外项目实施尤为重要。针对中、英两国计量规范的体系组成、清单价格组成及部分措施项目费、其他费用等进行对比分析,了解海外项目的报价模式和清单列项与中国清单计量、计价规范的差异,为今后中国企业出海参与国际项目竞争奠定基础。The UK SMM7 standard measurement rules for construction engineering is a more general measurement rule in the world,which is particularly important for Chinese enterprises to participate in the implementation of overseas projects.This paper mainly compares and analyzes the system composition,list price composition,partial measure project cost and other costs of measurement specifications between China and the UK,and understands the quotation mode of overseas projects and the differences between list items and Chinese list measurement and pricing specifications,so as to lay a foundation for Chinese enterprises to participate in international project competition in the future.
