摘　　要：装配式混凝土现浇墙的推广,伴随着装饰瓷砖脱落问题,已成为严重的安全隐患和质量问题。瓷砖空鼓脱落的主要因素是墙面基层的粘结力问题,粘结力是解决问题的根源。钢筋混凝土现浇墙体与装配式混凝土剪力墙构建,为了便于脱模以及提高模板周转次数,表面往往涂抹各类脱膜剂,易造成墙面与抹灰及找平层的离鼓问题,要进行清理拉毛处理。依托长沙中建凤凰台项目,采用高压水枪拉毛施工技术,实现了表面快速拉毛,减少基层残余浮浆、脱模剂等产生空鼓的质量隐患,大幅提高墙砖粘结力和砖墙铺贴质量,可供同类型工程施工参考。The popularization of prefabricated concrete cast-in-situ wall,along with the falling off of decorative ceramic tiles,has become a serious potential safety hazard and quality problem.The main factor for the hollowing and falling off of ceramic tiles is the adhesion of the wall base,which is the root of the problem.For the construction of reinforced concrete cast-in-situ wall and fabricated concrete shear wall,in order to facilitate demoulding and improve the turnover times of formwork,the surface is often painted with various film removers,which is easy to cause the problem of separation between the wall and plastering and leveling layer,so it should be cleaned and roughened.Relying on Changsha Zhongjian fenghuangtai project,this paper adopts high-pressure water gun roughening construction technology to realize rapid surface roughening,reduce the quality hidden danger of hollowing caused by residual laitance and release agent,and greatly improve the adhesion of wall tiles and the paving quality of brick walls,which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
