我院复杂糖尿病药物治疗管理体系的构建与应用

摘　　要：中国的糖尿病患者数居世界首位。复杂糖尿病患者的血糖控制难度大,血糖达标率低,这是导致他们病残和病死的主要原因。针对复杂糖尿病患者血糖管理的三大难点,即不充分的循证用药证据、不完善的真实世界数据和不规范的患者管理方式,我们以循证药学评价为前提,以真实世界研究为基础,构建并应用标准化、同质化的药物治疗管理体系,以提高复杂糖尿病患者的血糖达标率。应用该创新管理体系,我们已累计管理复杂糖尿病住院患者500余例,使他们的血糖达标率提高了35.0%,患者满意度提高了33.7%。The diabetes population in China ranks first in the world.Low glycemic control rate and difficult glycemic control are the leading causes of disability and death in complex diabetes.There are three severe difficulties in the management of complicated diabetes blood glucose,including inadequate evidence of evidence-based medicine,imperfect real-world data and a non-standard way of patient management.On the premise of evidence-based pharmaceutical evaluation and based on real-world studies,we constructed and applied a standardized and homogeneous drug treatment management system to improve the blood glucose compliance rate of patients with complex diabetes.With the application of this innovative management system,we have managed more than 500 inpatients with complex diabetes,which has improved 35.0%of their blood glucose control rate and 33.7%of patient satisfaction.
