摘　　要：目的:探讨心电图T波动态监测在急性心肌梗死(AMI)左室功能评估中的价值。方法:抽取80例AMI患者进行回顾性分析,按心电图T波情况分为直立组(n=40)和倒置组(n=40),对比两组左室功能和预后,以及倒置组心电图T波恢复直立时间与左室功能的相关性。结果:直立组LVESV、LVEDV低于倒置组,LVEF高于倒置组;随访1年,倒置组发生不良事件的风险更高;心电图T波恢复直立时间与患者LVESV、LVEDV水平呈正相关关系,与LVEF水平呈反相关关系。结论:心电图T波动态变化与AMI患者左室功能具有紧密的关系,对AMI患者采用心电图T波监测具有重要意义,可为评价患者病情、预后提供可靠参考。Objective:To investigate the value of the dynamic monitoring of ECG T-wave in the assessment of left ventricular function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Eighty cases of patients with AMI were selected and their data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an upright group(n=40)and an inverted group(n=40)according to the ECG T-wave condition.The left ventricular function and prognosis between the two groups,and the correlation between the time for ECG T-wave to return to uprightness and left ventricular function in the inverted group were compared.Results:LVESV and LVEDV were lower and LVEF was higher in the upright group than the inverted group.The risk of adverse events was higher in the inverted group during 1 year follow-up.The time for ECG T-waves to return to uprightness was positively correlated with patients’LVESV and LVEDV levels and inversely correlated with LVEF levels.Conclusion:The dynamic changes of ECG T-waves have a close relationship with left ventricular function in patients with AMI,and the use of ECG T-wave monitoring in patients with AMI is of great significance and can provide reliable reference for the evaluation of patients’condition and prognosis.
