河南矿山装备制造业产品服务化的现状及特征研究

摘　　要：本研究以企查查、国家企业信用管理系统数据为基础,筛选了60家矿山装备高新技术企业作为研究样本,分析其产品服务化的现状及特征。结果显示:绝大多数河南矿山装备制造企业已从单纯制造向“产品+服务”转型,并积极延伸服务链条,朝着服务多元化方向发展,呈现出以实现用户需求为核心的价值化、以产品整合为基础的信息化、以价值链连通为导向的一体化特征,但高端和优质服务较少涉及;企业整体创新能力不足、数字化能力差异较大等问题也在某种程度上制约了河南矿山装备企业的产品服务化升级。总体上,产品服务化水平仍处于初级阶段。本研究从构建矿山装备制造业服务化产业技术创新战略联盟、矿山装备制造技术转移体系及协调创新体系和矿山装备制造业数字化服务平台等方面提出了相关建议。Based on the data of enterprise cha cha and national enterprise credit management system,this paper selected 60 mining equipment high-tech enterprises as research samples and analyzed the current situation and characteristics of their product servitization.The result show that the vast majority of Henan mine equipment manufacturing enterprise has shifted from manufacturing to the"product+services"transformation,and actively extend the service chain,service diversification direction development,present laws in order to realize the user needs as the core value,on the basis of product integration of informatization and integration features of value chain connected oriented,but the high end and quality services with;The problems such as insufficient overall innovation ability and big difference in digital ability also restrict the product servitization upgrade of mining equipment enterprises in Henan province to some extent.Overall,the level of product servitization is still in the primary stage.In this paper,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of constructing the strategic alliance of technology innovation of mining equipment manufacturing industry,the technology transfer system and coordination innovation system of mining equipment manufacturing industry,and the digital service platform of mining equipment manufacturing industry.
