摘　　要：随着社会经济、科技创新工作的不断发展,研究探索加强科技政策宣传培训内容、创新传播方式,加快科技政策培训服务工作的优化升级,对于实施创新驱动发展战略、营造良好的科技创新氛围、促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究结合唐山市实际,系统阐述科技政策培训服务体系的建设过程,总结科技政策培训服务的方式方法,探索出适合当前社会经济发展和“互联网+”需要的科技政策宣讲方式方法,为各地科技政策培训服务体系建设提供参考和借鉴。With the continuous development of social economy,science and technology innovation work,enhance the promotion of science and technology policy research to explore the training content,the innovation mode of transmission,speed up the upgrading of the science and technology policy training service,to implement the strategy of innovation driven development,build good atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation,promote the development of economic and high quality is of great significance.In this paper,combining the reality of tangshan,the system of science and technology policy training service system construction,summarizes the means of science and technology policy training services,explore suitable for the current social and economic development and the need of science and technology policy of"Internet+"approach,service for science and technology policy around the training system construction to provide the reference.
