摘  要:自身免疫性脑炎(autoimmune encephalitis, AE)是一类由自身免疫机制介导引起的脑炎,早期诊断和治疗有利于改善患者的预后。MRI检查在AE患者的检出、预后评估、疗效评价中起着重要作用,常规的MRI对AE病变的检出能力有限,弥散磁共振成像(diffusion magnetic resonance imaging, dMRI)是一种无创检测体内水分子运动的技术,它可敏感检出脑白质的微观病理变化,为AE的早期诊断、预后评估、疗效评价及病理生理机制的研究提供有效的信息。因此,笔者对常规MRI及dMRI技术在AE方面的研究现状及进展进行综述,并对未来研究方向进行展望。Autoimmune encephalitis(AE) is a kind of encephalitis caused by autoimmune mechanism mediated, early diagnosis and treatment is beneficial to the prognosis of patients with AE. MRI in the detection of patients with AE, prognostic evaluation, curative effect evaluation plays an important role. The detection ability of conventional MRI in AE is limited. Diffusion magnetic resonance imaging(dMRI) is a non-invasive imaging technique capable of characterizing the diffusion properties of water molecules in vivo and detecting microstructural changes in brain tissue. It provides new tools to investigate pathophysiological mechanism of AE. It is helpful for early diagnosis, evaluation of prognosis and curative effect. Therefore, this paper reviews the research status and progress of conventional MRI and dMRI technology in AE, and looks forward to the future research direction.
