摘　　要：Looking back on the one-week excursion of the Youth League of our division in Yingde,Guangdong in April,we can still feel the thrill and the memorable moments.The one-week Youth League program,entitled"Helping others is helping ourselves",featured a few outdoor team challenges,voluntary teachi ng,and a visit to the tea farm where we could take part in the process of how the tea was produced from the farm to our table.However,what impressed me most was the voluntary teaching part,where we had the chanee to meet and teach the students English at Baisha Primary School of Yingde,a local underprivileged school.
