摘　　要：煤炭是我国最具优势的矿产资源,也是重要的工业原料。近年来,随着我国煤炭清洁高效利用及信息化技术的发展,建立煤质基础数据库是我国煤炭产业发展的必然趋势。在收集、整理、统一液化、气化、焦化用煤数据属性格式的基础上,采用空间数据库、WEBGIS、J2EE等多项技术,建立了全国液化、气化、焦化用煤煤质数据库,实现了煤质基础数据的系统管理、图形发布、地图检索、特殊用煤检索、地图资源应用、煤层综合检索等功能,为管理部门及其他用户提供实时、有序的煤炭资源清洁利用数据及辅助决策支持。提出要深化地理信息、“AI”、云计算、大数据等先进技术与煤炭地质工作的融合,促进煤炭地质工作向绿色、智能、高效迈进,让地质数据在煤炭行业与国民经济的发展中发挥更大作用。Coal is the most advantageous mineral resource and an important industrial raw material in China.In recent years,the establishment of coal quality database is an inevitable trend of coal industry development,with the development of clean and efficient utilization of coal and information technology in China.On the basis of collecting,sorting and unifying the attribute formats of coal for liquefaction,gasification and coking.The coal quality database for liquefaction,gasification and coking has been established,based on space database,Webgis,J2 EE and other technologies.It realizes the functions of system management,graphic release,map search,special coal search,map resource application and coal seam comprehensive search of coal quality data.It provides data and decision support for management and other users with real-time and orderly clean utilization of coal resources.In the meantime,it is proposed to deepen the integration of advanced technologies such as geographic information,“AI”,cloud computing and big data with coal geological work,promote the coal geological work to green,intelligence and high-efficiency,and let geological data play a greater role in the development of the coal industry and the national economy.
