摘  要:地面大孔径钻孔救援已经被证明是一种行之有效的救援手段,但是一些施工技术难题尚未解决。本文总结了大孔径钻孔的钻进方法以及适用于大孔径钻孔救援的钻机和钻具,根据以往大孔径钻孔救援的经验,提出了从大孔径救援钻孔施工存在表层钻进不易成孔、无法精准钻进和设备与工艺兼容性不强三个方面的技术难点,结合当前大孔径救援钻孔施工工艺,认为组合式牙轮钻进和潜孔锤钻进是地面钻孔救援的首选钻进技术。The rescue of large-aperture drilling on the ground has been proved to be an effective rescue method,but some technical problems in construction have not yet been solved.The drilling methods of large-aperture drilling and the drilling rigs and drilling tools suitable for large-aperture drilling are summarized in this paper.According to the previous experience of large-aperture drilling rescue,three technical difficulties are proposed in the construction of large-aperture rescue drilling:difficulty to form a hole for surface drilling,insufficient drilling accuracy,and insufficient equipment and process compatibility.Considering the current construction technology of large-aperture rescue drilling,it is considered that combined roller bit drilling and DTH hammer drilling are the preferred drilling technologies for surface drilling rescue.
