摘  要:总磷对水体富营养化监测具有重要意义。浊度严重影响总磷自动监测仪测量数据的准确性。针对总磷自动监测仪浊度扣除,提出了基于全光谱检测结合浊度补偿模型的优化方案。采集了200~800 nm全波段下不同浓度的总磷、浊度标样及两者混合溶液的光谱图。通过不同波长下线性拟合比较,选取了524 nm为总磷测量波长、368 nm为浊度补偿波长。在524 nm波长下,总磷最好的线性区间是0.05~1.60 mg/L,相关性系数达到0.999 9。根据524 nm、368 nm波长下不同浓度的总磷、浊度标样及两者混合溶液的吸光度关系推导了浊度补偿模型。验证结果表明,所提优化方案不仅测量总磷的线性好,而且能大幅提升总磷自动监测仪测量浊度水样的准确性,也为其他因子的水质自动监测仪浊度补偿提供重要技术支撑。Total phosphorus is important for eutrophication monitoring in water bodies. Turbidity seriously affects the accuracy of total phosphorus automatic monitor measurement data. An optimization scheme based on full-spectrum detection combined with turbidity compensation model is proposed for total phosphorus automatic monitor turbidity deduction. The spectra of different concentrations of total phosphorus, turbidity specimens and mixed solutions of both are collected at the full wavelength of 200~800 nm. By comparing the linear fits at different wavelengths, 524 nm is selected as the measurement wavelength for total phosphorus and 368 nm as the compensation wavelength for turbidity. The best linear range for total phosphorus at 524 nm is 0.05~1.60 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. A turbidity compensation model is derived based on the absorbance relationships of different concentrations of total phosphorus, turbidity standards and their mixed solutions at 524 nm and 368 nm. The validation results show that the proposed optimized scheme not only has good linearity for measuring total phosphorus, but also can significantly improve the accuracy of turbidity water samples measured by the total phosphorus automatic monitor and provide important technical support for turbidity compensation of water quality automatic monitors for other factors.
