摘  要:煤炭生产加工过程中,因煤矿多工作面开采地质构造时毛煤粒度波动较大,导致毛煤给煤、输送、转载、分选、洗选等过程中出现多种不正常状况,影响生产指标。对毛煤统配过程这一核心环节进行了研究。毛煤统配系统结合先进的人工智能(AI)图像分析技术,实时检测给煤机下料粒度和重量,并实时反馈调节入洗粒度和煤量。系统依托机器学习、神经网络、预测控制、模糊控制、智能前馈等先进控制算法,集成设计粒度、体积检测,将皮带秤及后续洗选数据接入系统,实现给煤机的智能控制(非常规调整的常开或常闭,两种单一状态),实时调节毛煤粒度组成及运输量,保证洗选质量、处理量稳定与效率最大化。该系统实现了降本增效、稳质提效、安全高效的研究初衷,提高了企业的经济效益。In the process of coal production and processing, gross coal particle size fluctuates greatly when mining geological formations at multiple working faces in coal mines, resulting in a variety of abnormal conditions in the process of feeding, conveying, reloading, sorting, and washing of gross coal, which affects the production index. The core link of gross coal blending process is researched.The system combines the advanced artificial intelligence(AI) image analysis technology to detect the size and weight of coal feeders in real time and provide real-time feedback to adjust the size and volume of coal to be washed. The system relies on advanced control algorithms such as machine learning, neural networks, predictive control, fuzzy control and intelligent feed-forward, integrates design particle size and volume detection, connects belt scales and subsequent washing data to the system, realizes intelligent control of the coal feeder(non-conventional adjustment of normally open or normally closed, two single states), and adjusts the gross coal particle size composition and transport volume in real time to ensure washing quality, stable handling capacity and maximum efficiency. The system has achieved the original purpose of the project of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, stable quality and safety, and improved the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
