摘  要:装卸料机是压水堆核电站燃料操作与贮存系统的大型关键设备。随着国产自主研发核电站全自动数控装卸料机的投入使用,设备运行状况监测和性能优化已成为科研人员的主要研究方向。出于监测装卸料机运行工况并对其进行性能优化的目的,以LabVIEW为编程工具,模块化为设计思路,队列先入先出(FIFO)为数据传递方法,技术数据管理流(TDMS)为数据存储文件格式,设计了一套完整的装卸料机运行数据采集系统。该系统集监测数据采集、故障报警数据采集和异常事件数据采集等功能于一体,对多通道、多类型海量数据进行高实时性快速存储。此外,系统还具有对指定组和指定通道的数据准确、有序查询功能。该研究对装卸料机及核电厂其他自动化装备的运行数据采集系统设计有一定的启发和借鉴意义。The refueling machine is a large key equipment of fuel operation and storage system of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. With the introduction of domestic self-developed fully automatic numerical control refueling machine in nuclear power plants, the monitoring of equipment operation and performance optimization has become the main research direction for researchers. For the purpose of monitoring the operating conditions of the refueling machine and optimizing its performance, a complete refueling machine operation data acquisition system is designed with LabVIEW as the programming tool, modularization as the design concept, queue first in first out(FIFO) as the data transfer method, and technical data management stream(TDMS) as the data storage file format. The system integrates monitoring data acquisition, fault alarm data acquisition and abnormal event data acquisition, etc., and provides high real-time and fast storage of multi-channel and multi-type massive data. In addition, the system has the function of calibration and orderly data query for specified groups and specified channels. The research has some inspirations and implications for the design of operational data acquisition systems for the refueling machine and other automation equipment in nuclear power plants.
