摘  要:针对培训操纵员的核电厂模拟机存在建造成本非常昂贵,且占用大量的现场空间等缺点,设计了基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的国和一号模拟机。以国和一号示范工程1^(#)机组最小范围模拟机系统为核心,结合VR技术构建三维(3D)模型,通过数据传输模块获取模拟机服务器的真实模型数据。用户佩戴VR设备,在逼真的国和一号模拟机场景中可以体验结构布置、运行状态,以及接受设备检查、停堆操作、报警处理等交互操作培训。使用结果表明:基于VR技术的国和一号模拟机满足不在模拟机现场的用户可以体验以及接受各项培训的需求。该设计节省了现场空间,大幅度降低成本,有助于为国和一号的深入研究从制造、推广提供体验环境。In view of the drawbacks that the nuclear power plant simulator for training operators is very expensive to build and takes up a lot of site space, a simulator based on virtual reality(VR) technology is designed for CAP1400.The simulator system is based on the smallest scale simulator system of Unit 1 of the CAP1400 demonstration project, combining VR technology to build a three-dimensional(3D) model and obtain real model data from the simulator server through the data transmission module. Wearing the VR equipment, users can experience the structure layout and operation status in the realistic simulator scene of CAP1400, and receive interactive operation training such as equipment inspection, reactor shutdown operation and alarm handling. The results show that the VR technology-based CAP1400 simulator meets the needs of users who are not at the simulator site to experience and receive different trainings. It saves space on site, significantly reduces costs, and helps to provide an experience environment for the in-depth research, manufacture, and promotion of CAP1400.
