核安全级阀门电动装置补充验证方案研究

摘　　要：依据《进口民用核安全设备监督管理规定(HAF604)》以及国家核安全局发布的《进口民用核安全设备补充验证工作细则》,需对核电站中进口核安全级设备在安装使用前进行性能的补充验证。现有标准验证方案缺乏适用性。为提出具有适用性且能充分验证产品关键性能的补充验证方案,通过理论分析并结合样品性能的针对性测试,对试验方法以及结果数据进行总结分析,对参考标准的试验方法作了适用性审查。创新性地对部分试验方法作了修改,提出了新的试验项目。所形成的核安全级阀门电动装置适用的补充验证方案符合相关监督管理规定,对今后的核安全级阀门电动装置补充验证方案编制以及相关标准化工作具有参考意义。According to the Regulations for the Supervision and Management of Imported Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment(HAF604) and the Supplementary Verification Work Rules for Imported Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment issued by the State Nuclear Safety Administration, supplementary verification of the performance of imported nuclear safety grade equipment in nuclear power plants needs to be carried out before installation and use. The existing standard verification scheme lack applicability. To propose a supplementary verification scheme that is applicable and can fully verify the key performance of the product, the test methods and the result data are summarized and analyzed through theoretical analysis and targeted testing of the sample performance, and the test methods of the reference standards are reviewed for applicability. Some test methods are innovatively modified, and new test items are proposed.The resulting supplementary verification scheme for nuclear safety-grade valve electric devices is in line with the relevant supervision and management regulations and is of reference significance for the preparation of supplementary verification schemes for nuclear safety-grade valve electric devices and related standardization work in the future.
