摘　　要：针对医院基建工程项目,概述了当前普遍存在的管理难点,从前期策划、设计管理、组织架构、管理机制、制度建设、合同管理、质量把控等方面阐述了针对性的解决策略。For hospital infrastructure projects, the current common management difficulties are summarized, and targeted solution strategies are expounded from the aspects of preliminary planning, design management, organizational structure, management mechanism, system construction, contract management, and quality control.
