摘 要:我国是世界上最主要的水产加工国,每年产生大量有机物、氨氮和磷浓度高的低温水产加工废水,对环境污染严重.为使某水产加工企业产生的废水稳定达标排放,采用“隔油气浮-A^(2)/O-混凝沉淀”工艺,并利用锅炉蒸汽升高水温以提高生物脱氮效率.工程运行监测结果表明:当进水的COD浓度为2375 mg/L,BOD浓度980 mg/L,氨氮93.6 mg/L,总磷12.3 mg/L时,处理工艺对各污染物的去除率分别达到96.8%、98.5%、89.3%和96.5%,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级排放标准.工程的稳定运行为小型水产加工企业废水处理提供了参考与借鉴.China is the main aquatic processing country in the world that producing a large amount of aquatic processing wastewater with low water temperature,high concentration of organic matter,ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus.Thiscauses serious environmental pollution.In order to make the wastewater produced by an aquatic processing enterprise stably qualify the standard discharge,the oil separation and flotation-A^(2)/O-coagulation treatment process was adopted and the boiler steam was used to increase the water temperature to improve the efficiency of biological nitrogen removal.The operation monitoring results show that when the CODconcentration is 2375 mg/L,the BODconcentration is 980 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen is 93.6 mg/L,and the total phosphorus is 12.3 mg/L in the influent,the removal rate of the treatment process reaches 96.8%,98.5%,89.3%and 96.5%,respectively,and the water quality of the effluent reaches the primary discharge standard of the Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).The stable operation of the project provides a reference for the wastewater treatment of small aquatic processing enterprises.
