摘　　要：本文研究一种贴片元件自动装载及自动测试系统,用于贴片元件的老炼筛选测试,可实现盘装贴片元件自动拆带,移动贴片元件测试器件,自动装载元件到老化工装板,将老化板上器件移至测试工位进行测试。在测试过程中,元件的测试数据不符合筛选参数指标,立即显示不合格的元件剔除并报警,同时实现贴片元件自动化测试功能。In this paper,we study a kind of patch element automatic loading and automatic test system,burn-in screening test for SMT components,it can realize the automatic disassembly of disc mounted component,mobile SMT components testing devices,automatic loading components to aging tooling plate,in the process of test,component test data is not in conformity with the filter parameters,display weed out the unqualified elements and alarm immediately.At the same time,the patch component automatic testing function.
