摘　　要：随着有线电视信号从模拟信号向数字信号的转变,传统有线电视信号监测系统的人工监看模式已不能满足数字电视节目增加和运维要求。根据广播电视安全制度要求和宁海广电数字电视前端网络的实际情况,提出总体设计思路和监测系统的3种监测目标类型,并进行部署落实,实现了在链路、质量和内容的完整监测,极大地提高了安全播出故障的快速定位、分析和处理能力。With the transformation of cable TV signals from analog signals to digital signals,the manual monitoring mode of traditional cable TV signal monitoring systems can no longer meet the requirements of digital TV program addition,operation and maintenance.According to the requirements of the radio and television security system and the actual situation of Ninghai radio and television digital TV front-end network,the overall design idea and three monitoring target types of the monitoring system were proposed,and the deployment was carried out to realize the complete monitoring of links,quality and content.The rapid location,analysis and processing capabilities of safety broadcast faults have been greatly improved.
