摘　　要：全媒体时代主流媒体从业人员的综合素质和专业能力不仅是其胜任岗位需求,同时还决定新闻作品能否引起受众关注,以及所在媒体发布内容的整体浏览量和影响力。针对当前主流媒体如何借助向全媒体发展转型时机,全面提升主流媒体从业人员综合素质进行了探讨。The comprehensive quality and professional ability of mainstream media practitioners in the all-media era are not only the requirements for their competence,but also determine whether news works can attract the attention of the audience,as well as the overall viewing volume and influence of the content published by the media.It discusses how the current mainstream media can comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of mainstream media practitioners by taking advantage of the opportunity of transition to all-media development.
