摘 要:本实验采用目标微生物富集培养的方法,从硫酸新霉素制药废水好氧活性污泥中分离得到1株具有较高脱氮效率的硝化菌株;经形态学鉴定、16S rDNA基因测序比对分析,鉴定其为泛养副球菌(Paracoccus pantotrophus)。对该菌株进脱氮性能分析,在以(NH)SO为唯一氮源的液体培养基中培养72 h,其总氮脱除率约为50%;在整个过程中,中间产物硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐积累几乎为零,确定该菌株具有硝化-反硝化能力。研究结果对从高氨氮制药废水中发掘高效脱氮菌株资源具有较大意义。A nitrifying strain with high denitrification efficiency is isolated from aerobic activated sludge of neomycin sulfate pharmaceutical wastewater by enrichment and culture of target microorganisms. According to its physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as the 16S rDNA gene sequence, it is identified as Paracoccus pantotrophus.The total nitrogen removal rate of this strain is about 50% when cultured in liquid medium with(NH4)2SO4 as the only nitrogen source for 72 h. Throughout the process, the intermediate products nitrate and nitrite accumulate almost zero, and it is determined that this strain has nitrification-denitrification capabilities. The research results are of great significance for the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen pollution and the exploration of high-efficiency denitrification bacteria resources.
