摘 要:采用滤纸片法和微量肉汤稀释法研究了蔓三七叶中绿原酸和异绿原酸对大肠杆菌、白色假丝酵母菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果与最小抑制浓度。抑菌圈直径结果表明,蔓三七叶中的绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B和异绿原酸C对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色假丝酵母菌的抑制效果较好,对大肠杆菌的抑制效果较差;最低抑菌浓度结果表明,绿原酸对3种供试菌的抑制能力高于异绿原酸,异绿原酸C对大肠杆菌的抑制能力最差。The inhibitory effect and minimum inhibitory concentration of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid on Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus are studied by filter paper method and trace broth dilution method. The results of the bacteriostatic circle diameter show that chlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid B and isochlorogenic acid C in the Gynura procumbens had good inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, but have poor inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli. The results of the lowest inhibitory concentration show that chlorogenic acid has higher inhibitory ability on the three test bacteria than isochlorogenic acid, and isochlorogenic acid C has the worst inhibitory ability against Escherichia coli.
