摘  要:目的:验证丹参酮提取物的急性毒性和抗炎效果,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法:本研究通过对昆明小鼠灌胃丹参酮提取物,分析丹参提取物所含毒性程度和实际抗炎成效。结果:小鼠服用丹参酮提取物后,未产生严重的负性反应和副作用,表明丹参酮提取物属于无毒物质。通过构建多种临床急性炎症模型,包括耳发炎肿胀模型、血管通透性增加以及足趾发炎肿胀,并以纸片肉芽肿炎症反应作为慢性炎症反应模型,分析丹参提取物的实际抗炎效果。发现丹参酮提取物对3种急性炎症模型均有一定的抑制作用,同时,其对慢性炎症反应亦有显著成效。结论:提示丹参酮提取物对急性以及慢性炎症反应皆有较好的抑制作用。Objective: To verify the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effect of tanshinone extract, and provide the basis for clinical safe drug use. Methods: This study analyzes the toxicity and actual anti-inflammatory effect of tanshinone extract by intragastric administration to Kunming mice. Results: There are no serious negative reactions and side effects in mice after taking the extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. It is a non-toxic substance. In this study,the actual anti-inflammatory effect of tanshinone is analyzed by constructing a variety of clinical acute inflammation models, including ear inflammation and swelling model, increased vascular permeability model and toe inflammation and swelling model, and taking the granulomatous inflammation of paper as a chronic inflammation model. The results show that tanshinone have certain resistance and inhibition to the three acute inflammation models, and have significant effect on chronic inflammation. Conclusion: Suggesting that the drug had good resistance to both acute and chronic inflammation.
