纳米二硫化钼形貌调控及光热转换性能研究

摘  要:以钼酸铵、硫脲及柠檬酸为原料,以聚乙二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、柠檬酸钠为表面活性剂,探究不同表面活性剂对纳米二硫化钼形貌的影响。采用XRD、SEM对样品成分及形貌进行表征,考察样品在近红外激光下的光热转换性能。结果表明,添加聚乙二醇,所得纳米二硫化钼呈现纳米花球状,粒径约为600 nm;添加十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,所得纳米二硫化钼呈现球状,粒径为1 000 nm;添加柠檬酸钠,所得纳米二硫化钼呈现圆柱条形玫瑰花瓣状,长度约为2μm,粒径约为200 nm。添加柠檬酸钠所得纳米二硫化钼在近红外激光照射下,较短时间内可升温至60℃,在光热法治疗癌症中具有较大应用前景。Using ammonium molybdate, thiourea and citric acid as raw materials, polyethylene glycol, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and sodium citrate as surfactant, the effects of different surfactants on the morphology of nano molybdenum disulphide are investigated. XRD and SEM are used to characterize the composition and morphology of the samples, and the photothermal conversion performance of the samples under near-infrared laser is investigated.The results show that when polyethylene glycol is added, the nano molybdenum disulphide presents a nano flower ball shape with a particle size of 600 nm;when hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is added, the nano molybdenum disulphide is spherical with a particle size of 1 000 nm;When sodium citrate is added, the nano molybdenum disulphide presents cylindrical strip rose petal shape with a length of about 2 μm. The particle size is about 200 nm. Nanometer molybdenum disulphide obtained by adding sodium citrate can be heated to 60 ℃ in a short time under near-infrared laser irradiation, which has a great application prospect in the photothermal treatment of cancer.
