高效液相色谱法测定油性抑菌产品中三氯生含量

摘  要:目的:建立抑菌产品中三氯生的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:精确称取抑菌液于容量瓶中,并用四氢呋喃溶解、定容,超声促溶后用液相色谱柱分离,流动相为75%的乙腈水溶液,检测波长为281 nm。结果:在0.10~0.50 mg/mL,以浓度为横坐标,峰面积(×10^(6))为纵坐标,三氯生标准曲线方程为Y=10.05X+0.033(r^(2)=0.9997),回收率在95%~102%,RSD为1.08%~1.35%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法准确、方便,适合抑菌产品(包括油性产品)中三氯生的测定。Objective:To establish the method for triclosan detection of the bacteriostatic fluid with the liquid chromatography.Methods:Accurately weigh the bacteriostatic fluid into a volumetric flask,dissolve it with tetrahydrofuran,and make up to volume.After the solubilization is accelerated by ultrasonic,it is separated by a liquid chromatography column.The mobile phase is 75%acetonitrile in water,and the detection wavelength is 281 nm.Results:there was a good linearity between the concentration and the peak area over the rang of 0.10~0.50 mg/mL.Taking the concentration as the abscissa,the peak area(×10^(6))as the ordinate,the triclosan standard curve equation is Y=10.05X+0.033(r^(2)=0.9997),the recovery rate is 95%~102%,and the RSD is 1.08%~1.35%(n=6).Conclusion:This method was accurate,reproducible and had good linearity.Suitable for the bacteriostatic fluid products(including oily products)in the determination of triclosan.
