摘 要:组织工程支架材料是细胞粘附、增殖分化的载体和基质,可以为泌尿系统病变部位提供一个稳定的生物安全环境。不同的组织工程支架材料有不同的功能和特性,为泌尿系统疾病,如先天性畸形、炎症、缺损以及肿瘤等,提供了一种新的治疗思路。本文以小肠黏膜下层、膀胱无细胞基质、胶原蛋白、海藻酸钠和丝素蛋白为例介绍了生物材料应用于泌尿系统的研究现状。Tissue engineering scaffolds are carriers and matrices for cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation,which can provide a stable biosafety environment for the lesions of urinary system. Different tissue engineering scaffold materials have different functions and properties, which provides a new idea for the treatment of urinary system diseases such as congenital malformations, inflammation, defects, tumors and other diseases. In this paper, the research status of the application of biomaterials in the urinary system is introduced by taking the submucosa of the small intestine, the acellular matrix of the bladder, collagen, sodium alginate and silk fibroin as examples.
