摘　　要：半夏泻心汤由东汉时期张仲景所创,具有寒热平调、攻补兼施的特点,广泛应用于多种脾胃病的治疗。本文通过对半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃病的理论依据进行深入分析,综述了该方在消化性溃疡、功能性消化不良、复发性口腔溃疡、幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎、胃食管反流病、慢性浅表性胃炎及慢性萎缩性胃炎等常见临床疾病治疗的理论研究进展,以期进一步总结临床资料,为脾胃病的治疗提供丰富的理论依据。Banxia Xiexin Decoction was created by ZHANG Zhongjing in The Han Dynasty(25—220 years). It has the characteristics of regulating cold and heat, attacking and tonifying at the same time, and is widely used in the treatment of a variety of spleen and stomach diseases. Through in-depth analysis of the theoretical basis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases, this article reviews theoretical research progress on the treatment of peptic ulcer, functional dyspepsia, recurrent oral ulcer, Helicobacter pylori related gastritis,gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis and other common clinical diseases. In order to further summarize the clinical data and provide rich theoretical basis for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
