摘 要:氯化钛白是钛白粉生产未来发展的主要方向,确保原料稳定供应是行业可持续发展的重中之重。重点介绍了攀西钛精矿升级大型沸腾氯化原料的研究进展,目前已形成钛精矿电炉熔炼-钛渣升级联合法及钛精矿直接升级人造金红石两条主要工艺路线,两种工艺均存在一定的优势与不足。未来围绕攀西钛精矿的利用,需重点关注两方面的研究,一是如何低成本实现钛精矿除杂提质;二是如何突破制粒技术,获得粒度合格的大型沸腾氯化原料。Titanium chloride is the main direction of the future development of titanium dioxide production, and ensuring the stable supply of raw materials is the top priority of the sustainable development of the industry. This paper focuses on the research progress of upgrading large-scale boiling chlorinated raw materials from Panxi ilmenite. At present, two main process routes have been formed: the combined method of electric furnace smelting of ilmenite and upgrading of titanium slag and the direct upgrading of ilmenite to artificial rutile, both have certain advantages and disadvantages. In the future, around the utilization of Panxi ilmenite, it is necessary to focus on two aspects of research,one is how to achieve low-cost impurity removal and upgrading of ilmenite concentrate;the other is how to break through the granulation technology and obtain large-scale boiling chlorinated raw materials with qualified particle size.
