摘　　要：全球范围内,老年人肌少症具有较高的发病率,同时,跌倒对于老年人具有高致残风险甚至造成死亡。老年人肌少症与跌倒风险相关性研究受到国内外学者的重视,随着研究的不断深入,发现两者存在着一定的相关性。该文从概念、流行病学、相关发病机制等方面对老年人肌少症与跌倒风险相关性进行阐述。Globally, sarcopenia in the elderly has a high prevalence, and falls is associated with a high risk of disability and even death in the elderly.The correlation between sarcopenia and fall risk in the elderly has received much attention from scholars both at home and abroad, and as research continues, it has been found that there is a correlation between the two.
