国内外糖尿病信息化研究现状与热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 对比国内外糖尿病信息化研究现状与热点,为我国糖尿病信息化相关研究提供参考。方法 通过中国知网数据库(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集数据库检索建库至2021年12月31日收录的糖尿病信息化相关文献,运用Citespace 5.8.R3可视化分析软件进行分析。结果 筛选后最终纳入中文文献801篇、英文文献1 919篇。年度发文量整体呈上升趋势,高产国家或机构相对分散且多集中在发达国家或地区,国外的研究前沿已延伸到智能识别糖尿病视网膜病变、血糖预测等方面,国内研究热点主要集中在血糖管理、健康管理及生活质量等方面的研究。结论 与国外相比,国内糖尿病信息化研究存在差距,关注国际研究趋势及热点,为相关领域科研工作者提供参考。Objective With a comparison of research status and hotspots in China and abroad, this paper is expected to serve as reference materials for Chinese scientists who are willing to conduct research on IT-enabled diabetes management.Methods Using the latest version of Citespace 5.8.R3,the authors analyzed all literatures related to IT-enabled diabetes management that were retrieved from the CNKI database and the Web of Science core collection database as of December 31,2021.Results Eight hundred and one Chinese papers and 1 919 English ones were identified as appropriate samples.This paper found the annual rate of growth in related scientific publications was on the rise and the most productive institutions are scattered in developed countries or regions where the research has extended to intelligent identification of diabetic retinopathy and blood glucose prediction.However, Chinese researchers focus more of their attention on blood glucose management, health management and the quality of life.Conclusions The gap between Chinese and international researchers is found.And this paper is expected to serve as reference materials for Chinese scientists who should focus more on the progress on the international area.
