摘　　要：目的 探讨支持性护理干预对军队保健人群阿尔茨海默病照顾者负担的效果。方法 对70例阿尔茨海默病照顾者实施以入户照护宣教、照护技巧指导为主要方法的支持性护理干预,以照顾者负担问卷(CBI)、直观式健康状况量表(VAS)、阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表照顾者版(QOL-AD)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对干预前及干预6个月后照顾者负担进行评价。结果 支持性护理干预6个月后照顾者负担、自评健康状况及社会支持得分显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 支持性护理干预可减轻军队保健人群阿尔茨海默病照顾者负担。Objective To explore the effects of supportive nursing interventions on the burden of Alzheimer′s disease caregivers in the military health care population.Methods Seventy caregivers of Alzheimer′s disease were treated with supportive nursing intervention with household education and nursing skills instruction.Caregiver burden inventory, Visual Analogue Scale, Quality Of Life-AD and Social Support Rating Score were used to evaluate the effect the caregivers burden before and after the 6 th intervention.Results After the intervention, the scores of caregiver burden, self-rated health scale and Social support rating were significantly better than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The supportive nursing intervention can reduce the caregivers burden of Alzheimer′s disease in the military health care population.
