摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症属于多发病和常见病,严重影响患者工作及日常生活。中西医结合治疗可以显著改善患者的临床症状,并促进疾病的康复,疗效优于单纯中医或西医治疗。该文就中、西医在腰椎间盘突出症康复治疗中的作用进行归纳,对中西医结合疗法在腰椎间盘突出症康复治疗中的应用效果进行综述。Lumbar disc herniation is a frequently-occurring and common disease, which affects the work and daily life of patients seriously.Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients significantly and promote the recovery of the disease, and the curative effect is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine alone.This article summarizes the role of Chinese and Western medicine in the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation, and reviews the application effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation.
