摘 要:案件数据与证据获取中隐藏着完备的数学方法。利用具有动态特征的数学模型与方法揭示侦查工作中的案件数据与证据获取的动态过程。首先介绍具有动态特征的数学模型与结构的预备概念,在此基础上推导出数据的证据特征与未知数据获取的关系,提出案件数据与证据获取的数学方法流程,最后利用这些结果给出了数学模型在案件数据与证据获取的应用。There are mathematical completeness method hidden in the case data and evidence acquisition. The aim of this essay is to explore the dynamic process of data and evidence acquisition in the case detection by employing the mathematical model and method with dynamic characteristics. Firstly, some preliminaries of mathematical model and structure with dynamic characteristics are introduced. Based on the approach, the relationship between the evidential characteristics of data and the acquisition of unknown data are deduced. Moreover, the mathematical method is presented for discussing the process of case data and evidence acquisition. Finally some examples are given for discussing the mathematical model in the case data and evidence acquisition.
