摘　　要：目的探讨依诺肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗对高危产妇剖宫产术后血脂、凝血功能及深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的影响。方法以自贡市妇幼保健院2019年5月—2021年7月收治的122例剖宫产产妇为对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组64例(依诺肝素钠)、观察组58例(依诺肝素钠+阿司匹林)。比较2组治疗前后血脂、凝血功能指标水平以及2组剖宫产后DVT发生率,观察不良反应。结果治疗后观察组的胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶原时间及血小板降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组DVT发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依诺肝素钠联合阿司匹林治疗,可改善高危剖宫产产妇产后血脂、凝血功能指标,降低DVT发生率。Objective To explore the effect of enoxaparin sodium combined with aspirin therapy on blood lipids,coagulation function and deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in high-risk women after cesarean section.Methods The 122 cases of high-risk caesarean section women admitted to our hospital between May 2019 and July 2021 were divided into the control group(enoxaparin calcium,n=64)and the observation group(enoxaparin calcium+aspirin,n=58)according to treatment regimens.The levels of blood lipids and coagulation function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,while the incidence of DVT after cesarean section and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the TC,TG and LDLC levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while HDLC levels were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PT,APTT and PLT decreased in both groups,especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enoxaparin calcium+aspirin treatment can improve postpartum blood lipids and blood coagulation indicators of high-risk cesarean section women,and reduce the incidence of DVT.
