摘 要:为保障弱势大学生体育权利顺利实现,基于共享发展理念,采用文献资料、现象学、逻辑反思等研究方法对弱势大学生体育权利保障的困境及突围路径进行了研究。研究表明:共享发展是以弱势大学生的全面发展为出发点和落脚点,关涉伦理、政治、经济及实践向度,是有效破解其体育权利缺失和受损的理论向度和理应进路;弱势大学生体育参与和发展的困境体现在体育参与意识淡薄、体育参与义务缺失;学校对国家政策执行不力;基层单位对体育活动的宣传有失公平、体育活动的长期性和竞技性缺失;缺少社体性组织对学校体育资源的有效补充。共享发展理念下,保障弱势大学生体育权利的实现路径具体包括:政府全盘布局,强化保障机制;完善学校体育工作管理系统;优化家庭体育氛围,加强宣传教育,更新理念;重视体育课的“堡垒”功能和体育社团的补充作用,提升体育活动参与公平性;借助社会组织力量,发挥校内、外体育俱乐部的联动效应。In order to ensure the smooth realization of the sports rights of disadvantaged college students, based on the concept of shared development, the plight and breakthrough path of sports rights protection for vulnerable college students were studied by using the research methods of literature, phenomenology and logical reflection. The research have shown that: 1. Shared development is based on the comprehensive development of vulnerable College students, which involves ethics, politics, economy and practice, and is the theoretical direction and proper way to effectively solve the lack and damage of their sports rights;Overall, the dilemma results from the weak awareness and little obligation of their sports participation;besides, the propaganda of sports activities by grass-roots units is unfair, which causes the decrease of the long-term and competitive nature of sports activities,Lack of effective supplement of social organization to school sports resources. Based on the concept of shared development, the ways to guarantee the sports rights of Disadvantaged College Students include: The government will make overall arrangements and strengthen the safeguard mechanism;improve the management system of school sports work;promote family sports atmosphere,strengthen publicity and education, and renew ideas;attach importance to the " fortress" function of physical education classes and the supplementary role of sports associations, to improve the fairness of participation in sports activities;to bring into play the linkage effect of sports clubs inside and outside schools by means of Social Organization.
