数字经济赋能老年体育服务发展的作用机制、制约因素与推进路径

摘　　要：数字经济的快速发展正成为老年体育服务高质量发展的助力剂。本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,基于人口老龄化日益加剧的现实背景对数字经济驱动我国老年体育服务发展的作用机制、制约因素和推进路径进行了解析。研究认为:数字经济与老年体育服务的渗透融合将促使服务要素协同化、服务供需平衡化、服务品质高级化、服务内容创新化,实现老年体育服务质量和效益的双重变革。但与此同时,我国老年体育服务的数字化转型面临“数字鸿沟”、“数字孤岛”、“数字风险”等工具异化的多重挑战。要进一步推动老年体育服务的数字化发展,首先应加强“数字脱贫”确保老年群体数字素养和数字应用能力提升;其次要加大“数字创新”机制推动新业态、新模式、新服务的落地;最后要强化“数字治理”保障老年体育服务数字化转型安全、有序推进。The rapid development of digital economy is becoming a high-quality development of sports services for the elderly booster. This paper analyzes the mechanism and restrictive factors of the digital economy driving the development of sports service for the elderly in China, based on the reality of the growing population ageing, using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, and put forward the corresponding implementation path. It is concluded that the integration of Digital Economy and sports service for the elderly will promote the synergy of service elements, the balance of service supply and demand, the improvement of service quality, and the innovation of service content, realizing the double transformation of the service quality and benefit of sports for the aged. But at the same time, the digital transformation of sports service for the aged faces multiple challenges such as“Digital gap”, “Digital island”and “Digital risk”. To further promote the digital development of sports services for the elderly,we should first strengthen the “Digital poverty”to ensure the elderly to improve their digital literacy and digital application ability;Secondly, the mechanism of “Digital innovation”should be strengthened to promote the new business form, new model and new service. Finally, “Digital governance”should be strengthened to ensure the safe and orderly transformation of digital sports service for the elderly.
