摘 要:适用性评价指标体系不清晰、评价方法不适用等问题制约了建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)在公路工程建设阶段的应用水平提升。鉴于此,通过系统梳理和分析现行相关标准,从基本要素的完整性、组织体系的科学性、平台的协同性和平台的可视化性等4个方面,构建了包含4个一级指标、18个二级指标和57个三级指标的适用性评价指标体系。为了解决指标体系中定性指标间的模糊性和不确定性,通过引入层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,设计了评价方法,实现了平台的量化评价。利用构建的评价指标和方法对某公路工程建设阶段建立的BIM平台进行评价,结果表明:该BIM平台综合评价值为9.58,表明该平台能够很好地支撑该公路工程项目建设。根据评价结果提出了该平台应重点加强组织体系科学性、增加模型信息深度等方面的建议,为提升该BIM平台应用水平提供了技术支撑。Due to the unclear applicability evaluation index system and inapplicable evaluation methods,the application level of BIM(Building Information Modeling)at the stage of highway engineering construction is restricted.Therefore,this paper systematically sorted out and analyzed the current relevant standards,and constructed an applicability evaluation index system including 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicators from four aspects,including the integrity of basic elements,the scientific nature of the organizational system,the collaboration of the platform and the visualization of the platform.In order to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty among the qualitative indicators in the index system,the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were introduced,and the evaluation method were designed to realize the quantitative evaluation of the platform.The constructed evaluation index and method are used to evaluate the BIM platform established at the construction stage of a highway project.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of the BIM platform is 9.58,which indicates that the platform can well support the highway project construction.According to the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward that the platform should focus on strengthening the construction of the scientific organization system and the depth of model information,which provide technical support for improving the application level of the BIM platform.
